Meet The 45s

 

 

GEORGE  (GUITAR, KEYBOARD, VOCALS):  George is a modern country/rock singer and songwriter - he is a multi-talented musician playing the mandolin, keyboard, and drums in addition to guitar.  He has a Masters of Music degree in classical guitar from the Manhattan School of Music and has been playing professionally for over 30 years.  A previous band of George's was Push/Pull.  He fronted Farmer's Daughter for 15 years, playing the top clubs, casinos and fairs in the northeast. He also played on an Ace Frehley solo album.  He co-owns G&T Entertainment with his wife, Trish.  

TRISH  (VOCALS): Trish is a lead and back-up vocalist in the band and has worked alongside her husband, George, for many years in the music industry.  She started her singing career at the age of 11 by singing the national anthem for school sporting events.  She played the lead rolls of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz and Sandy in Grease. Trish incorporates her love of music into line dancing by teaching a class on a weekly basis.  She was in Farmer's Daughter previously.  She and George are co-owners of G&T Entertainment. 

PAUL  (DRUMS, VOCALS):  Paul started to teach himself to play drums at the age of 8 and has been playing professionally for over 50 years in bands including Damion, Hot Wax, Sunrise and Flashback.  He plays keyboard in addition to drums and has been instrumental in mentoring young Elvis tribute artists in the Scranton and surrounding areas.  Paul has taken care of the business end of things for his former bands and has been the lighting director.  He and his former bandmates (including Norm) had been asked to back up oldies groups such as The Drifters, The Box Tops, The Platters and Gary Puckett & The Union Gap.  

NORM  (GUITAR, VOCALS):  Norm started taking guitar lessons at the age of 10 and has been playing professionally for over 50 years.  He has an excellent ear for music and has been the musical director for bands he has previously played in which include Damion, Hot Wax, Sunrise and Flashback.  He and his former bandmates (including Paul) had been asked to back up oldies groups such as The Drifters, The Box Tops, The Platters and Gary Puckett & The Union Gap.  

BOB  (BASS):  Bob took music lessons as a child.  He started to play professionally in his twenties, playing trumpet with the United States Army Band.  He has played previously with Country Comfort and Farmer's Daughter.
